Classical Music To Walk Down The Aisle At Your Wedding
Classical music has a timeless quality and dignity to it and many couples choose a selection of classical music to have played during their wedding ceremony. You don’t have to have live classical musicians, there are many excellent recorded versions on a range of instruments. I personally, don’t like organ music, but love classical pieces played on strings or the piano. Below is a link to one of my Spotify playlists with 20 wonderful classical pieces of music to walk down the aisle.
Whilst couples often choose modern pop ballads to accompany the bridal entrance, the advantage of choosing a classical piece of music instead is the timeless romance it evokes and because the tempo is usually serene and slower than the average pop ballad, it means the bridal party walks slower down the aisle. This helps build the anticipation, the emotion and gravitas of the ceremony that is about to begin.
Although you may not be familiar with the names of many classical pieces, most of these will be instantly recognisable when you hear them - though some may be new to you, and hopefully a pleasant surprise.
